Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of new and existing MRX Audience systems/components/products.
- Develop solutions and build flexible systems balancing complexity and timely delivery.
- Mentor and coach a team of engineers, driving code and design reviews.
- Understand high-scale microservices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD processes.
- Ensure design quality, performance, and scalability of systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug production applications, proposing long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define mid-term and long-term roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software product development.
- Experience in designing systems from prototypes and leading technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with high-performance, large-scale systems based on microservices.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with remote and co-located teams.
- A growth/data mindset in approaching challenges.
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
