Responsibilities

Work as part of the Japan Value Engineering team on customer engagements.
Collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges.
Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to customers.
Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
Collaborate with customers to design and build solutions that drive value realization.
Frame the strategic business value Celonis will bring to customers.
Build strong relationships with customers to act as a trusted advisor.
Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product innovation.
Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
Travel to Japan to meet clients in person.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
Work or internship experience in a relevant field.
Fluency in English and Japanese.
Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and Python is a plus.
Ability to think analytically and creatively.
Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Confidence to present to C-level executives.
Willingness to travel to Japan for client meetings.
