Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise application systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Python, and cloud technologies.
- Lead end-to-end systems analysis across complex business and technology domains to identify enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate functions and deliver shared goals.
- Solve complex technical problems involving system processes, business workflows, and industry practices.
- Coach and guide mid-level developers and analysts while distributing work and supporting technical growth.
- Evaluate technology and business decisions for regulatory, compliance, risk, and ethical alignment.
- Lead technology projects from inception through implementation and own architecture and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in applications development or systems analysis with production software delivery experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one core applications development area and the ability to serve as a subject matter authority.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Python, or cloud platforms in enterprise system design and delivery.
- Strong systems analysis skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience leading and delivering technology projects from inception through implementation.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks or integrating machine learning capabilities into enterprise applications is beneficial.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns is beneficial.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is beneficial.
