Responsibilities

Develop data integration pipelines and data connectors for legacy systems.
Architect and build data pipelines using Python, PySpark/Pandas, and SQL.
Manage data health, scheduling, and synchronization using platform tools.
Develop low-code/no-code interactive user interface tools and automated workflows.
Develop operational ontologies for lifecycle management system use cases.
Lead small to medium-sized technical teams delivering analytical products and analyses.
Present analyses and findings to government, industry, internal stakeholders, and senior DoD leaders.
Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information, validate findings, and support recommended courses of action.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mathematics, physics, operations research, engineering, data analytics, or a related technical discipline.
At least 10 years of experience using analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau for data exploration and analysis.
At least five years of experience building data connectors from legacy systems.
Experience leading small to medium-sized technical teams.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. government security clearance; only U.S. citizens are eligible.
Preferred: master's degree in a relevant technical field.
Preferred: at least three years of Palantir Foundry development experience, particularly with Workshop.
Preferred: frontend development experience with D3.js, Angular, React, and JavaScript.
Preferred: experience with DoD supply chain or predictive maintenance use cases.

Full-time position.
Fully in-person work at the client site on Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.
Target salary range is $111,426 to $192,890, with final compensation based on skills, experience, education, and certifications.
The role requires a security clearance or eligibility for a security clearance.
