Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain core Identity Resilience services and components.
  • Build continuous identity change monitoring, auditing, protection, and recovery solutions.
  • Develop integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, Google, and other identity platforms.
  • Build scalable services to discover and monitor identities, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and related identity configurations.
  • Design and develop microservices and event-driven systems for processing identity changes at scale.
  • Work with identity-platform APIs, SDKs, audit logs, events, and other interfaces.
  • Build highly available and reliable services using cloud-native architectures.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
  • Debug complex production issues and improve system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, Security, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of software development experience required.
  • Strong programming experience in C++, C#, .NET, Java, Go, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience building scalable and highly available enterprise or SaaS applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, messaging systems, and external platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, multithreading and concurrency, data structures and algorithms, and networking concepts.
  • Understanding of identity concepts including users, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and access controls.
  • Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile development environments.
  • Security, SaaS, and cloud experience are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with identity platforms or APIs such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, Google identity services, Microsoft Graph, Okta APIs, AWS IAM APIs, or Google APIs is preferred.
  • Experience with identity monitoring, change auditing, backup, recovery, cyber resilience, hybrid identity environments, identity security, privileged access, or identity-based threats is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale event-driven and distributed systems, Kubernetes, containers, public cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, cybersecurity, identity security, data protection, or cyber resilience products is preferred.
