Base Salary

$85k - $116k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-enabled applications using modern LLM frameworks and agent-based architectures.
Build and integrate solutions using AI tooling, orchestration frameworks, and MCP technologies.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, C#, and Node.js.
Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes and Azure AKS environments.
Support hybrid cloud architectures across Azure GCC High and on-premises infrastructure.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and developer automation workflows.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend platform improvements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and operational reliability.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical or business field and a minimum of four years of related experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced knowledge of Information Technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and specifications.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, address issues directly, and work collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across staff and management levels.

Base salary of $85,000-$116,000, with possible annual incentives and performance bonuses.
