Base Salary
$277k - $415k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for feature enhancement.
- Create ML pipelines and services, prototyping and scaling solutions.
- Develop tools for maintaining features and models to improve fraud detection.
- Collaborate with ML Modelers to integrate new data sources and models.
- Solve technical problems at scale with global collaboration.
- Apply ML and engineering best practices for ML-platform solutions.
- Ensure data quality through automated validation and monitoring.
- Own solutions from design to operation, sharing operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development with leadership in ML projects.
- Ability to drive AI adoption and coach teams on AI practices.
- Experience working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proven initiative and leadership in cross-team contexts.
- Strong interest in maintaining and fixing solutions.
- Clear and concise communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
- Ability to reason about complex, distributed systems at scale.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and data engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Kotlin, Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
