Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations.
- Design and build enterprise-grade integrations connecting Agentforce with ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.
- Architect API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and agentic data pipelines.
- Take integration solutions into production and solve complex customer problems at enterprise scale.
- Set AI integration roadmaps with customer executive teams and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring customer field learnings back to improve the Agentforce platform and methodology.
- Travel domestically as needed for client engagements.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, plus a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape.
- Strong engineering background and foundation in integration architecture principles, including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.
- Proficiency in at least one coding language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, or Go.
- Ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite executives in changing customer environments.
- Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 4-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution engineering, including 2+ years in a customer-facing enterprise architecture role.
- Preferred hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings.
- Preferred understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts.
