Responsibilities

  • Contribute to AI-driven target architectures involving LLM orchestration, agentic AI, harness engineering, and enterprise integration.
  • Develop rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations for coding agents across the software development lifecycle.
  • Build DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines, automated testing approaches, and enterprise platform engineering solutions.
  • Translate client business intent into precise, testable specifications that AI agents can execute.
  • Support evaluation and governance mechanisms for secure, transparent, and compliant AI systems.
  • Communicate architectures and results to technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Work in interdisciplinary, global client environments with flexibility and willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Completed or nearly completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business mathematics, mathematics, AI engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar through academic work, internships, university projects, or personal experiments.
  • Understanding of agent loops, evaluation, observability, MCP, deep agents, or AI-native architectures, with motivation to deepen this knowledge.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in both languages.
  • Ability to tackle complex digital challenges and develop and communicate solutions.
  • Initial experience with agent evaluation, observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith, or orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is advantageous.
