Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in database internals, storage systems, or distributed computing.
- Proven track record of executing a multi-year technical vision.
- Strong algorithmic foundations with practical judgment.
- Bias toward customer impact over technical novelty.
- Experience in building alignment across teams and driving initiatives.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
