Base Salary
$175k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain code quality through code review and documentation.
- Optimize machine learning operations through robust systems and cross-team collaboration.
- Expand the event pipeline to support general and client-specific requirements.
- Reduce operating costs by optimizing cloud resource usage, especially GPUs.
- Collaborate with the Product Team, Technical Program Managers, edge software teams, and sensor-data engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building high-throughput backend services.
- Professional experience with Golang and/or Python.
- Knowledge of distributed systems thinking; ML Operations knowledge is a plus.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Collaborative code reviewer and detail-oriented system designer.
- Professional experience with government technology, ML Operations experience, and familiarity with AWS managed-service implementations are preferred.
