Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI for business challenges, automation, and intelligent enterprise workflows.
- Independently perform as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and work-related solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Support incident management, service request fulfillment, and application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide issue-resolution updates, document solutions, and share knowledge with team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
