Base Salary
$118k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and iteratively tune agentic AI solutions for assigned business domains.
- Build integrations to CRM, billing, ticketing, ERP, and other business-unit data sources, including data normalization and lightweight ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build and iterate on assigned agents, RAG pipelines, prompt layers, and related system components under architectural direction.
- Run controlled A/B experiments in production cohorts and document results against validated ROI targets.
- Work alongside business-unit managers and end users to observe workflows, identify opportunities, and collect structured feedback.
- Document system performance, failure modes, edge cases, data-quality gaps, and implementation learnings for practice reporting.
- Participate in rotation planning, knowledge transfer, peer knowledge sharing, practice reviews, and onboarding of rotating FDEs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or relevant equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on software or ML engineering experience in production environments.
- Production Python proficiency, including writing maintainable code and debugging or extending existing codebases.
- Working knowledge of LLM integration patterns including prompt engineering, RAG basics, and function calling, with experience using at least one major LLM provider.
- SQL proficiency and experience building enterprise system integrations, lightweight ETL/ELT pipelines, and basic system logging.
- Experience deploying to cloud environments and integrating with enterprise data sources.
- Preferred: 4-7+ years of customer-facing, operations, or embedded technical experience in domains such as care, retail, finance, or supply chain.
- Preferred: exposure to Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
