Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components and applications using OutSystems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to technical and team-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated software solutions and resolve problems.
- Lead software development best-practice and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive improvements to development processes and software performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in OutSystems is required.
- Experience designing and developing custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
