Responsibilities
- Discover and apply new technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
- Develop, test, and improve software applications as part of an Agile scrum team.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and create unit tests with coaching from experienced engineers.
- Explore AI-powered developer tools, automation capabilities, and machine learning concepts while building software securely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Senior Engineers, Quality Engineers, Architects, and business partners to understand requirements and deliver features.
- Work across APIs, services, microservices, user interfaces, mobile experiences, cloud platforms, or data-driven solutions as assigned.
- Participate in intern social events, community service, learning sessions, and collaborative initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Demonstrated coursework, project, research, extracurricular, internship, open-source, hackathon, or similar experience using one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Go, or Kotlin.
- Foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, debugging, and problem solving.
- Interest in building software across web, mobile, backend, cloud, API, or full-stack environments.
- Familiarity with version control, testing, code reviews, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development workflows.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent automation, generative AI, responsible AI, or AI-powered development tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, learning, and feedback-seeking skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI-powered development tools, generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning fundamentals, agentic workflows, AI agents, data processing, and responsible AI concepts.
- Experience in one or more of the listed technology areas, including Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, or cloud-native development, is beneficial.
