Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation with Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts.
- Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues and identify root causes.
- Support developers with deployments, environment configuration, and infrastructure requests.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to infrastructure documentation and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
- Onboard 2–3 services to the existing Kubernetes environment within the first 90 days.
Requirements
- Require 1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related role.
- Require practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Require experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS or GCP.
- Require basic automation scripting ability using Bash or Python.
- Require familiarity with monitoring, logging, alerting, configuration management, Linux systems, networking, and Git.
- Require working knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Prefer experience in a SaaS, product-based, or AI-driven environment.
- Prefer exposure to production Kubernetes environments, advanced observability, incident management, cloud security, secrets management, infrastructure access controls, and deployment workflow optimization.
