Responsibilities
- Integrate and operate application security controls within CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, software composition analysis, secrets detection, and dependency risk scanning.
- Implement secure SDLC practices such as branch protection, quality gates, secure build and release controls, and artifact integrity validation.
- Configure and maintain security tooling integrations across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Support threat modelling, secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, remediation, security incident investigations, and audit evidence generation.
- Maintain monitoring and logging solutions for centralized metric collection, dashboards, and alerting.
- Define DevSecOps standards, patterns, control mappings, and risk remediation processes across teams and repositories.
- Promote cloud-native and container security practices through collaboration, enablement, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in application security, secure coding, OWASP Top 10, API security, dependency risk, SAST, DAST, SCA, and software supply-chain security.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security across build, registry, and runtime environments.
- Proven experience securing CI/CD pipelines and developer toolchains.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code, including Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation; secrets and key management; and cloud identity and access management.
- Understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and experience operating in regulated or audited environments.
- Ability to design auditable security controls, influence engineering teams through collaboration, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Desirable qualifications include online gaming or casino experience, sports betting market knowledge, gambling compliance experience, customer retention strategy experience, and work in multi-team or multinational environments.
