Base Salary
$74k - $84k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional automated test scenarios based on user stories.
- Interface with development and test teams to understand requirements and implement automated tests and related tools.
- Review project requirements for testability and log test results following code merges.
- Debug failures, determine root causes, and enter valid defects into Jira.
- Reproduce and troubleshoot defects with feature engineers.
- Participate in hardware quality and software defect root-cause analysis.
- Support system design, documentation, and testing for the infotainment system.
- Estimate testing work during sprint planning.
- Maintain hardware laboratory nodes using corrective and predictive maintenance processes.
- Develop debugging processes for script errors and support manual and automated validation rounds.
- Enhance automation capabilities, validate new features, and identify testing and velocity improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience developing and executing automated functional tests and related scripts and tools.
- Ability to validate electrical features on hardware benches and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Ability to collaborate with systems, wiring, design release, feature, hardware, and software engineering teams.
