Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio or scoped application development.
- Build custom modules, data models, platform extensions, workflows, automations, integrations, and Service Portal widgets.
- Customize existing ServiceNow applications and develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, Fix Scripts, UI Pages, and UI Actions.
- Gather requirements, investigate application behavior, trace code and data relationships, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Configure MID Servers, ServiceNow instances, role-based access controls, ACLs, and platform security settings.
- Own work through investigation, development, testing, documentation, and delivery while supporting security and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior developers and collaborate with the broader team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD.
- Secret Clearance is required.
- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications.
- Strong hands-on Service Portal customization, widget development, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience understanding proprietary applications through their code, configuration, data models, and business processes.
- Ability to independently develop technical approaches, resolve ambiguous requirements, troubleshoot root causes, and evaluate change impacts.
- Experience developing workflows, automation, and external integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platforms.
- Experience writing, testing, and debugging ServiceNow scripts and developing custom UI components.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and clearly explain implementation decisions.
Benefits

- Salary range of $112,000-$179,000, with possible overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus eligibility.
