Responsibilities
- Architect large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Train and fine-tune large-scale language models on diverse datasets.
- Analyze model performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide cross-team solutions.
- Manage and collaborate with the team, make team decisions, and mentor junior members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models on diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
