Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain market and business data pipelines using Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and AWS services.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows using retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Build full-stack applications, including APIs, backend services, and React/Next.js front-end interfaces.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to support reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Contribute to architecture decisions involving Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
- Write tested and documented code, participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies, and share knowledge across the team.
- Support vendor evaluation and governance, software configuration, service improvement, and adherence to security and development standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications or data pipelines.
- Experience in at least one of full-stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering, with willingness to broaden across the other disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
- Exposure to LLM integration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent-based architectures.
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, REST, GraphQL, and API design.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Knowledge of Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MLflow, Feature Store, Genie, NLP, multimodal AI, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Prior CPG/FMCG experience or experience with syndicated market data from Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or Kantar is preferred.
