Responsibilities
- Design and develop Danim API endpoints and maintain documentation, versioning, tests, performance, and data-quality contracts.
- Maintain and evolve the Immosearch backend and its integrations across platform components.
- Maintain reliable DPE and DVF data imports and pipelines, correct data-processing anomalies, and adapt to changing open-data formats and schemas.
- Optimize PostgreSQL/PostGIS queries and indexes for large data volumes.
- Fix security vulnerabilities, update dependencies, resolve bugs, refactor the codebase, and reduce technical debt.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and tests, and provide level-three support for production incidents.
- Map the architecture and data flows, maintain deployment and restoration documentation, and improve knowledge transfer through pairing and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development or data science.
- Strong Kotlin skills and good knowledge of PostgreSQL and PostGIS.
- Experience designing REST APIs and processing large volumes of data.
- Comfort with data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, GitLab CI, and security best practices.
- Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or Flutter experience is a plus.
- Experience with geospatial or real-estate data is appreciated.
- Ability to take ownership of existing code and work rigorously and independently.
