Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable end-to-end banking solutions using the Avaloq platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment while managing delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and conduct solution reviews and assessments.
- Customize and configure Avaloq modules for client and organizational requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications and present technical concepts and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
- Stay current with Avaloq updates, features, and banking industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the Avaloq platform.
- Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience designing scalable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
- Proficiency in systems integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Avaloq certification or formal training credentials are preferred.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects is preferred.
- Change management and organizational transformation experience is preferred.
- Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations is preferred.
