Responsibilities
- Embed with engineering teams to document workflows from requirements capture through release.
- Identify opportunities for AI automation and agentic assistance in engineering processes.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations for engineering-specific tasks.
- Collect structured user feedback, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
- Translate engineering processes into clear problem statements and AI-ready specifications.
- Document solutions, findings, and recommendations for handoff and scaling.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on coursework or project experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to understand engineering workflows and translate domain knowledge into software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing experts and presenting findings.
