Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and propose software designs.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software features from requirements through deployment.
- Automate and execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and correct faults.
- Refactor software and contribute to continuous delivery.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to innovation activities and hackathons.
- Share knowledge and learn from internal and external sources.
Requirements
- Newly graduated with an MSc-level qualification in Computer Science or an equivalent level of knowledge.
- Software development skills, preferably using Erlang, Python, or another functional language.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted development, automation, and data-driven problem solving.
- Preferred knowledge of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, HTTP/2, TCP/IP, Linux, containers, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Interest in software and product development, collaborative problem solving, learning, and new technologies.
