Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Exemplify Thoughtworks’ technical excellence and thought leadership.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by building key relationships.
- Propose and lead systemic change in organizations.
- Assess client needs and develop account strategies.
- Communicate the value of delivery in relation to client goals.
- Ensure high performance of teams and manage client risks.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
- Ensure security, privacy, and legal compliance across accounts.
Requirements
- Over 14 years of overall development experience, with at least 6+ years in React Native.
- Experience managing the scope and shape of programs of work.
- Familiarity with account management and client reporting.
- Comfortable chairing meetings and providing technical sales support.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD and continuous integration.
- Ability to establish relationships with senior leaders.
- Excellent context-switching capabilities.
- Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to manage risks.
- Empathetic and capable of resolving issues thoughtfully.
