Base Salary
$185k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define requirements and orchestrate complex data engineering pipelines for customer-driven projects and company products.
- Develop machine learning models and custom analytics for image, video, text, geospatial, time-series, and structured data.
- Collaborate directly with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers.
- Support mission-critical deployments in the field and use customer insights to shape the Chariot AI operations platform.
Requirements
- BS degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience delivering data-centric systems.
- Excellence in Python and knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and at least one systems programming language.
- Proficiency with modern software engineering tools and processes.
- Active Secret or higher US security clearance and US citizenship.
- Advanced degree in data science, machine learning, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with client-server architectures, containerized or cloud environments, unstructured data, secure government technology solutions, AI agents or agentic workflows, complex production-level technical solutions, and leading or mentoring cross-functional engineering teams is preferred.
