Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ServiceNow technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Provide solutions to architectural problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to clarify and implement architectural frameworks.
- Analyze and resolve architectural challenges while maintaining system integrity and security.
- Document architectural designs and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture principles are required.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance solutions in complex enterprise environments is required.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to analyze architectural challenges, document designs, and communicate with diverse audiences is required.
