Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement security and data protection measures and write clean, maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, troubleshoot issues, and minimize application downtime.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
- Apply current enterprise application design patterns and present solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies including Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and strong RESTful API design and development skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models into applications.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants and the ability to critically review AI-generated results and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Machine learning familiarity is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills.
