Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for internal operations and customer-facing commerce products.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
- Architect multi-step agentic workflows with tools, memory, retrieval, planning, and guardrails.
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, data platforms, Drive, Jira, support tools, internal knowledge bases, APIs, and business workflows.
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, observable, scalable, maintainable, secure, explainable, and production-ready.
- Run pilots and experiments, analyze usage, failure modes, costs, latency, and performance, and improve AI outcomes through data-driven iteration.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, validation layers, monitoring systems, data governance, access controls, and operational documentation.
- Support adoption of AI-powered workflows and contribute to reusable AI engineering frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, applied AI, or a related field.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
- Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
- Strong English communication skills, curiosity, pragmatism, and passion for building AI products.
- Ability to design reliable and scalable systems and translate AI capabilities into production products with measurable business impact.
