Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing customer-facing features.
- Provide technical leadership for front-end architecture, design patterns, API reviews, performance, and accessibility.
- Mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, best-practice sharing, and removal of technical obstacles.
- Design and develop client Backend-for-Frontends and micro frontend or federated application architectures.
- Develop reusable components and establish engineering practices for feature flags and canary rollouts.
- Apply modern web technologies including PWAs, WebAssembly, mobile web, and Service Workers.
- Champion agentic AI tools and AI-assisted development practices.
- Drive standards for coding, testing, quality, performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience developing applications with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
- Proven experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright and web performance tuning.
- Experience designing scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries.
- Experience designing and developing client Backend-for-Frontends using technologies such as GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf.
- Experience with micro frontend or federated architectural patterns, metrics-driven canary releases, and feature flag strategies.
- Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflow patterns.
