Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver high-performance, reliable production AI agents.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Partner directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand business challenges and develop scalable AI-agent solutions.
- Prototype new tools, features, agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative-agent initiatives.
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them at enterprise scale.
- Use customer insights to guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform in collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and a focus on shipping solutions.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional fluency in both French and English.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred: founder or founding-engineer experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
- Preferred: experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
