Responsibilities
- Design and architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Define model specifications and experiment with neural network architectures.
- Train, fine-tune, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale language models using diverse datasets.
- Analyze model performance metrics and integrate technologies and methodologies to improve performance.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate across teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Manage team execution and mentor junior team members in large language model architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in large language models is specified.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and natural language processing applications.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models on diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
