Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and feature engineering workflows on large-scale transactional data.
- Train, calibrate, validate, and explain supervised, unsupervised, neural network, tree-based, and ensemble ML models.
- Develop GenAI-powered agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM-based automation.
- Deploy and monitor production models with drift detection, performance tracking, and multi-environment release management.
- Work with compliance specialists and engineering stakeholders to deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and long-term enablement.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with Python, Spark, containerized deployments, Kubernetes, and Airflow or an equivalent orchestration tool.
- Expertise in feature engineering at scale, statistical modeling, experiment design, model explainability, and threshold calibration under business constraints.
- Hands-on experience with hyperparameter optimization, cross-validation, and out-of-time testing.
- Practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Fluent German and strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to produce audit-ready documentation for regulated environments.
