Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure and platform services for Generative AI use cases.
- Drive technical decision-making balancing simplicity, flexibility, reliability, and performance.
- Architect and deploy robust Machine Learning and Generative AI systems.
- Lead initiatives to optimize and deploy agentic applications focusing on performance and security.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are resilient and aligned with enterprise needs.
- Mentor and coach engineers to contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Strong programming expertise in Python; familiarity with Go or Typescript is a plus.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with modern Generative AI platforms like AWS Bedrock and OpenAI.
- Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge-base workflows.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks and workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience with containerized applications and cloud-native environments.
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams on greenfield initiatives.
