Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality deliverables.
- Make technical and team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Evaluate and improve software architecture for scalability and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
