Responsibilities

  • Handle critical incidents not resolved by project support.
  • Analyze, reproduce, and diagnose complex issues involving IP networks, cellular connectivity, and WLAN.
  • Design, develop, and test software fixes, optimizations, and product enhancements.
  • Contribute to technical specifications and architecture definition.
  • Collaborate with international R&D, support, and stakeholder teams.
  • Improve product stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor technology developments and help validate technical choices and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 degree in computer science from an engineering school or equivalent.
  • Initial experience in software development or embedded communication systems such as NetBox or train-to-ground systems.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, Linux, C, Python, and Shell.
  • Good understanding of networking and telecommunications.
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Fluent technical English, written and spoken.
