Responsibilities
- Handle critical incidents not resolved by project support.
- Analyze, reproduce, and diagnose complex issues involving IP networks, cellular connectivity, and WLAN.
- Design, develop, and test software fixes, optimizations, and product enhancements.
- Contribute to technical specifications and architecture definition.
- Collaborate with international R&D, support, and stakeholder teams.
- Improve product stability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor technology developments and help validate technical choices and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in computer science from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Initial experience in software development or embedded communication systems such as NetBox or train-to-ground systems.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, Linux, C, Python, and Shell.
- Good understanding of networking and telecommunications.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
- Fluent technical English, written and spoken.
