Base Salary

$136k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, deployment, optimization, and operation of SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Develop and support custom workflows, integrations, and automations using APIs, scripting, and event-driven patterns.
  • Manage identity lifecycle and governance for human and non-human identities, including service accounts, APIs, bots, and AI agents.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, SaaS applications, and REST services.
  • Implement and optimize access certifications, role models, compliance controls, and identity security processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Advance automation-first IAM strategies and reduce manual operations through scalable engineering solutions.
  • Partner with SRE, infrastructure, and application teams on identity integrations and migrations.
  • Produce technical documentation and support secure development, testing, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IAM or IGA, including at least 2 years working with SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Hands-on expertise with IdentityNow workflows, connectors, roles, certifications, APIs, JSON, REST integrations, Postman, and scripting with Java, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, and SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud identity architectures, distributed systems, automation, and DevSecOps tooling.
  • Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, client credentials, app-to-app authentication, API security, and identity orchestration.
  • Experience with non-human identities and machine-to-machine authentication at scale is a key differentiator.
  • Understanding of AI/ML in identity security, AI-agent identity governance, Zero Trust, just-in-time access, and AI security risks is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification is preferred; CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

  • Targeted base pay is $136,000-$204,000 annually for the Dallas Infomart, United States location, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Eligible employees may receive bonuses, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
