Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions using Python.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, productivity, and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Ability to work with databases and understand software-relevant data structures.
- Understanding of continuous integration practices and software development methodologies.
