Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-potential experiments based on the latest AI research.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive experimentation infrastructure for AI-facilitated experiments.
- Drive high-impact product releases powered by AI innovations.
- Accelerate engineering adoption of AI capabilities by integrating AI tooling into workflows.
- Establish a culture of AI expertise and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape, particularly in evaluations and reasoning systems.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
- Exceptional programming skills and experience with AI-first workflows.
- Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
- Working knowledge of model deployment and proficiency with API integrations across multiple LLM providers.
- Passion for staying on the leading edge of AI research and experimentation.
