Responsibilities

Spec and build product features that are beautiful, consistent, and fast.
Work at all levels of the stack, focusing primarily on backend development.
Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand user needs.
Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers to enhance product functionality.

2+ years of industry experience in modern full-stack web development.
Fluency in one or more backend technologies, with interest in JavaScript and React.
Strong understanding of web technologies and large-scale web application architecture.
Background in computer science or a related field.
Ability to make thoughtful decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
Strong ownership instincts and attention to detail.
Currently based or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
