Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new and enhanced Corrigo platform features across the full software lifecycle.
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for work order triage, intelligent routing, natural-language search, diagnostics, and maintenance recommendations.
- Integrate agentic automation with services, APIs, and data pipelines while managing reliability, cost, latency, and safety.
- Evaluate and use AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and code review, and validate their output.
- Build evaluation and test harnesses for AI-driven features and design observable, testable, production-safe agent workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues, including AI-agent behavior and model outputs.
- Collaborate with Product Management, support escalated customer issues, participate in code reviews, and share AI engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products, including recent hands-on experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated features.
- Expertise in at least frontend or backend development and experience designing and developing relational databases.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function or tool calling, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, with the ability to critically evaluate generated output.
- Ability to design safe, observable, and testable AI-agent workflows with safeguards for model errors and unexpected behavior.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AI/ML-adjacent services, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and evaluation sets.
- Preferred experience with .NET Framework, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, NHibernate, RESTful web services, LLM provider APIs, vector databases, asynchronous processing, distributed applications, caching, Azure, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, React, and Angular.
