Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using Python, Amazon Bedrock, AWS, and related services.
- Build intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration patterns, routing frameworks, context and memory management, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, internal platforms, external services, and third-party tools.
- Implement RAG solutions, embeddings, vector search, document retrieval, knowledge grounding, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Develop prompts, agent instructions, tool definitions, workflows, AI guardrails, reusable APIs, and integration layers.
- Deploy and operate AI applications in AWS and OpenShift environments, including logging, monitoring, evaluation, security, observability, and operational controls.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, business, and data teams to translate business use cases into scalable AI applications.
- Troubleshoot models, agents, APIs, integrations, and downstream systems while establishing engineering patterns, governance standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and development teams.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated success delivering production-grade AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on Python programming expertise and experience developing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS-based AI services, AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with agent orchestration, tool or function calling, agent memory, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases or vector search, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise document processing.
- Strong Snowflake, SQL, and data integration experience.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and internal and external services.
- Experience deploying, supporting, and monitoring AI solutions in production environments.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization, enterprise security and data privacy, secrets management, responsible AI, AI governance, and guardrails.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building complex multi-agent collaboration systems and using AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol, Kiro or other AI-assisted development tools, OpenShift, containers, cloud-native deployments, and DevOps practices for AI applications.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities, enterprise AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
