Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance firmware build automation and toolchains.
- Create CI workflows and automated testing solutions.
- Integrate code quality, security, and static analysis tools.
- Improve source control, code review, release, and development documentation processes.
- Develop firmware for actuator platforms and assist with BSP, driver, and application software.
- Debug firmware and support hardware bring-up, product validation, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or coursework in embedded systems development.
- Familiarity with C/C++ programming, software development processes, version control, and debugging tools.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and data sheets.
- Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with Git, Perforce, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Preferred familiarity with embedded debugging, real-time operating systems, static analysis, unit testing frameworks, and secure software development practices.
