Base Salary
$117k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and fix bugs in Stytch and Twilio products.
- Serve as a technical resource for customers and help developers implement the product.
- Debug customer integrations, SDKs, and open-source libraries and ship small, well-tested fixes.
- Improve documentation and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent customer feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering teams and help close the feedback loop.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on programming experience building, debugging, or automating in a support, solutions, or software engineering role.
- Ability to debug others’ code and ship small, well-tested fixes in an existing codebase.
- Familiarity with modern web services and APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting ability, curiosity, grit, and tenacity to identify root causes.
- Ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth, MFA, and identity providers is desired.
- Prior customer-facing technical experience and experience on a software development or product team are desired.
