Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients from ideation to production planning.
- Provide technical and industry advocacy on behalf of clients.
- Offer best practice guidance and adopt a deploy-to-production mindset.
- Contribute to a body of knowledge across networking, cybersecurity, and edge computing.
- Support large clients, particularly in local and central government.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong understanding of Internet technologies and protocols.
- Demonstrated empathy with customers and ability to identify challenges.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client engagements.
