Responsibilities
- Develop core C++ flight software for the Neutron launch vehicle across embedded and application layers.
- Build and maintain simulation frameworks for end-to-end mission validation and HITL integration.
- Create Python-based tools, including code generators and data-analysis utilities.
- Lead or contribute to architecture trades, design reviews, and backlog refinement.
- Support the full software lifecycle—from planning and implementation to deployment of operational software.
- Deliver high-impact engineering projects spanning multiple teams and disciplines.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience developing modern C++ and/or embedded software.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tooling, Git, and issue tracking systems.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
