Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a robust data pipeline for data movement.
- Drive migration of core features from Postgres to MongoDB and Elixir to Python.
- Propose and align on scalable schema designs.
- Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
- Refactor and improve legacy systems with independent problem-solving.
- Contribute to code quality through reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals with a degree in CS or equivalent.
- Experience with database migrations and schema architecture.
- Proficiency in Python with knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
- Consistent practice of writing tests as part of development.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
