Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agent-based workflows, and Python automation.
- Own AI solutions from design through production deployment for document intelligence, knowledge assistants, and process automation use cases.
- Define architectures aligned with Azure AI platform standards, enterprise guardrails, and data governance requirements.
- Establish practices for prompt design, evaluation, testing, and versioning, and ensure solution reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement automated build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and feedback practices for Microsoft-centric enterprise environments.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, gather business-user feedback, and continuously improve solution quality and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with AI policies, risk controls, and data-handling standards.
- Enable low-code/no-code practitioners and business subject-matter experts to use GenAI tools and automated workflows effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade services and automation pipelines.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
- Preferred experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques.
- Preferred familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Preferred experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Graph API in enterprise environments.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and delivering scripted or workflow-based solutions using AI tools.
- Ability to collaborate within structured delivery models and cross-functional technical teams.
