Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and support the company’s Data Catalog and other Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, integrations, APIs, and solution components.
- Support the full solution lifecycle from development and deployment through ongoing improvements.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with IT standards.
- Establish and improve DevOps practices within IT.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, usability, and solution performance.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree or at least 3 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in automation, low-code, digital, or software solution development.
- Good knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 technologies, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash/PowerShell, with basic Linux and SQL knowledge.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development in solution delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills and good written and spoken English.
